Hoch Jackets offers leather jackets for men and women, subject to current availability.

Please review the individual product description and size information before purchasing. Materials and features may vary between products.

We may update product listings, discontinue products, or limit purchase quantities. These changes do not remove your rights concerning an item that is incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.

Section 3 — Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Hoch Jackets may accept or decline an order, subject to applicable law.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance. An automated acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily confirm acceptance.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Requests for changes or cancellations must be sent promptly to business@HochJackets.online and are subject to confirmation by our support team.

If an order is declined, changed, or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout. Any applicable refund will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

Purchases are intended for personal or household use, rather than commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change.

The applicable product price, shipping charge, and taxes will be displayed before you complete checkout. Our current Standard US Shipping charge is $25 USD.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.

Separate promotional terms may apply to an offer. Where they conflict with these terms, the promotional terms govern that particular offer.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and payment information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Our current shipping service covers the United States.

Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Estimated transit time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery: 6–9 business days.
Order cut-off: 4:00 PM (GMT-4), Monday to Friday.
Standard US Shipping charge: $25 USD.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes must be confirmed and cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

If an order is lost, delayed, or damaged during delivery, contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

The Services may contain text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and other protected content belonging to Hoch Jackets, its licensors, or other rights holders.

Hoch Jackets uses Shopify to operate the store. However, purchases made through this store are transactions between you and TRUST N MART LLC, operating Hoch Jackets.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling our orders or administering our return and refund commitments.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from transactions with our store. This provision does not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, disputes will be brought before state courts in Pinellas County, Florida, or federal courts having jurisdiction over that county.

This provision does not remove mandatory rights to pursue a claim in another jurisdiction where applicable law provides those rights.

Updates do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective item reporting: Within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs or video evidence.
Change-of-mind returns: Items must be unused and undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return shipping for store errors: Approved costs are covered by Hoch Jackets.
Change-of-mind return shipping: Paid by the customer.
Exchanges: Available for damaged or defective products.
Return inspection: Within 1 business day of receipt.
Approval or rejection notification: Within 1 business day after inspection.
Approved refund initiation: Within 7 business days after approval.
Additional payment-provider processing: 2–5 business days may apply.
Refund destination: The original payment method.
