This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-4), Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before the cut-off may begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will begin processing the next business day.
- All orders remain subject to the 1–2 business day processing period.

Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or high-demand periods may affect delivery. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we will provide an update.
Shipping Charges
Standard US Shipping: $25 USD
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please check that your address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete address information may cause delivery delays or misdelivery.
If you notice an address error, contact business@HochJackets.online as soon as possible. Address corrections are subject to the order’s fulfillment status and must be confirmed by our support team. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, contact business@HochJackets.online as soon as possible and include your order number.
- Before shipment: Our support team will review whether a change or cancellation is still possible. A request is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation.
- After shipment: Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. You may need to receive the product and request a return under our Return and Refund Policy.
For an approved cancellation before shipment, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Your payment provider may require an additional 2–5 business days to post the funds.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch. If tracking does not show an update immediately, please allow this period for the carrier to update its records.
If tracking remains unavailable after 48 hours, contact our support team with your order number.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking suggests it may be lost, contact business@HochJackets.online.
Please include your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or video evidence.
We will review the issue according to our Return and Refund Policy. Hoch Jackets covers approved return-label and return-shipping costs for these issues.
